Hotel Concept Development

North Coast, Egypt

For the project with The G Hotel, Harvest Cotton Tale provided end-to-end solutions, from research and concept development to brand creation, operations, and training. We worked with an architecture and interior design firm to create a design language that embodied the brand’s culture. The result is a signature lifestyle hotel set along the Mediterranean’s finest beaches of the North Coast, featuring 183 elegantly appointed guest rooms, 5 distinctive G houses, a state-of-the-art outdoor gym, 4 diverse food and beverage outlets, a fully-serviced swimming pool, lagoon, and private beach. The hotel has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Paris Match, and Vogue France.


 

The Flushing Meadows, Hôtel in Munich (Consultancy).

The Flushing Meadows Hotel, a vision of three friends from Munich inspired by the culture of Queen and the iconic Flushing Meadows, brought their long-held dream to life with the opening of their first hotel in Munich. One of the very few authentically crafted culture hotels in Europe, it features 16 meticulously appointed guest rooms and a bar. Harvest Cotton Tale provided comprehensive support, including technical services, pre-opening, sales and marketing, operations, brand culture, onboarding, and the grand opening. The hotel has since been featured in The New York Times, Wallpaper, and The Telegraph, and is Michelin recognized.

Harvest Cotton Tale provided hotel consultancy services, including operating efficiencies, revenue management, sales & marketing, and product development, for Adrere Amellal. Introducing a place out of time with a luxurious sense of the primitive, surrounded by the kind of magic that only ancient tribes, majestic mountains, and ruthless desert climates can conjure. Adrere Amellal, an award-winning luxury desert Eco Lodge with 40 guest rooms, operates without electricity, offering outdoor dining and immersing guests in the local habitat. Served by locals of the Amazeree tribe in Siwa, Egypt, this unique lodge has been featured in several prestigious publications, including Conde Nast Traveler Magazine (Hot List, 2016), Vogue Magazine (Luxury Desert Retreat), Travel + Leisure, Robb Report, Architectural Digest, National Geographic Traveler, Forbes Travel Guide, and Luxury Travel Magazine. It is the vision and development of one of the world’s most respected eco-philanthropists, Dr. Mounir Nametallah.


Old Town Al - ‘Ula

Harvest Cotton Tale provided operational support and consultancy, including market and financial feasibility studies, and developed operational procedures for Dar Al Tantoura in Old Town Al-Ula, as well as four additional hotels in the pipeline. This work was part of a partnership between EQI, led by Dr. Mounir Namatallah, and the Royal Commission for Al-Ula (RCU). Harvest Cotton Tale was tasked with handling all technical and hospitality-related aspects of the hotel developments. Dar Al Tantoura was recognized as one of the top hotels in the world by Time Magazine in 2024 and has also received acclaim in publications such as Conde Nast Traveler and Forbes for its exceptional design and hospitality.
